  • The next day, you receive a report on your customers’ Inspection Tour such as transfer and accommodation details. As well as details of the properties they will be shown.

Responsibilities
  • Provide advice and assistance to sellers and buyers in the marketing and purchase of real estate at the correct price and under the best conditions.

We are looking for a real estate office managers to run the affairs of our office. 

This includes everything from purchasing office supplies and organising catering to managing contractors and overseeing filing. The Office manager may also have administration or executive assistant duties attached to their role which could mean welcoming clients, managing calendars, scheduling meetings and taking enquiries. 

You may also be helping sales agents and property managers with their paperwork, including forms, agreements and contracts, ensure that administrative tasks are completed efficiently, manage staff schedules, and maintain records.

They may answer phone calls and emails, maintain and share property listings, file documents, help set up a home for viewings, keep a marketing list and schedule appointments.

To be successful as a real estate assistant you should be highly organized and socially confident. An outstanding real estate assistant should be able to keep the office running smoothly and enable the sales agents to perform efficiently.

Real Estate Assistant Responsibilities:
  • Greeting clients, answering the telephone, and making follow-up calls.
