Follow up your title deed

Once the purchaser deserves to get the title deed, our agents are fully authorised to all paper works.

It is easy to do for our agents but that much important work for a nice purchase in Turkey.

What do we do in general?

• Prepare the documents for safe purchase. 
• Check the plans and Iskan ( living permission in the property from the local municipality)
• Check if there is hypothec on the deed before purchase
• Getting authorisation on behalf of the buyer to deliver deed at Notary. Once you make authorization to agents  then you never have to be at state offices to sign any paper. It is including the sign on the deed, get the iskan, having water and electric subscription. 
• On the other hand, if you want to join to all process to deliver the deed and for the other issues, our agents will be accompanying you.

Agents are taking care of properties after all safely delivering the deed to buyers. If you wish you may also register yourself to property management by agents to take care of your property in Turkey.
